10 Questions about ICBC & Enhanced Care

In 2020, we expressed concerns about Enhanced Care, a new set of ICBC policies recently proposed by the provincial government as a result of related legislation tabled by the government that would:

• eliminate the courts as a way for victims of road crashes to seek damages; and

• provide vulnerable road users none of the financial benefits to be provided to insured drivers.

We then asked British Columbians to complete a short survey to help provide ICBC and the BC Ministry of Attorney General more feedback to inform both Enhanced Care and the proposed legislation.
